Action items
Action items is a lighter-weight way to track commitments from a meeting — who agreed to do what.
Unlike Punch list and Safety observation, Action items does not gate on task completion by default, and its Ready-for-review and related notifications are off out of the box — it is meant for quick, low-friction tracking rather than a formal review cycle. Notifications and a stricter review workflow can be turned on if your team wants that level of rigor.
