Safety observation
Safety observation tracks hazards and safety concerns. Each item records a description, a Hazard type (Fall, Struck-by, Electrical, Caught-in/between, Chemical, or Other), a Severity rating (Low, Medium, High) so issues can be triaged by urgency, a corrective action, an assignee, and photo evidence.

It follows the same review flow as Punch list — items get worked, the observer is notified once everything is resolved, and specific items can be sent back for further correction if needed. See Task List review workflow.
